DEEPWAVE and it’s project Mangreen have taken part in the competition of Startsocial e.V. in the year 2009 and have won an advisory grant. From the many participating organizations, one hundred winning teams were established, and these will be accompanied by a team of two coaches, in order to work out a lasting solution to a particular social problem.
Contacts have been established, and preliminary talks have taken place. From the 100 winning teams, each of the best seven projects will receive following the advisory phase a money prize of €5.000,- - one of these will be a special prize donated by the patron, Chancellorin Dr.Angela Merkel.
The federal prize giving-ceremony takes place in the spring of 2010. |
